During the month of the military child a great team has been formed to raise awareness and funds for a military organization that helps our veterans.
Operation Homefront
When it comes to our US military veterans there are tremendous and wonderful organizations who put the veterans ahead of their own personal and financial interests They take care of our veterans first. One such organization, Operation Homefront does this. Their focus surrounds three different and very important areas:
Relief, Recovery and Recognition.
Relief:
Operation Homefront assists military families during difficult financial times by providing food assistance, auto and home repair, vision care, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items, and financial assistance. (source: www.operationhomefront.net)
Recovery:
Wounded Warriors are a specific concern for Operation Homefront. That is why Operation Homefront has established Operation Homefront Village. The caregiver for wounded warriors also need help and that is why we formed Hearts of Valor. (source: www.operationhomefront.net)
Recognition:
Operation Homefront supports every military family member. We host a gala each year that recognizes an extraordinary military child and we host multiple Homefront Celebrations each year to show our appreciation to military spouses. (source: www.operationhomefront.net)
Putting our veterans first is what Operation Homefront does and they do it every single day.
It is with a great deal of respect that Vision-Strike-Wear.Com has teamed up with Operation Homefront to increase the awareness of its efforts and mission from current and relevant information on the VSW social media outlets from Facebook to Twitter, Instagram and presss releases.
Financial support is also at the forefront of its relationship with Operation Homefront with sales occurring on the Vision-Strike-Wear.Com website. Sales in excess of $50.00 will have 10% of those monies directed during the entire month of April 2015 to Operation Homefront. Each month VSW selects a different military non-profit to do this with. Past organizations they have worked with have been The Vietnam Veterans Association Of America, The Purpleheartfoundation.Org as well as Homes For The Troops. As each month unfurls it is their honor to receive generaous orders from its customers and have these much needed funds directed to these important Veteran organizations like Operation Homefront. Nothing could be more important than to help and improve the lives of our military veterans, their families and their children.
